Personality: Hayate is a kind and gentle soul, domestic at heart but she is also a bright and cheerful young girl. She values her family and her friends and wouldn't trade them for anything. Jokingly calling the much older Wolkenritter her Kids, she actually does view them as close family and all of them her children. She feels like a mother to these girls and guy, and will protect them as they protected her.
Originally Hayate has been alone for a long time, and it didn't scare her that she was wasting away, her body slowly becoming paralyzed by a then-unknown disease. But when the Cloud Knights came into her life, she has become more lively, friendly and happy. She does everything with them, from cooking, eating, sleeping and bathing with at least one of the members.
Hayate also loves to sew and design clothing. A cosplay fanatic due to her long time spent by herself, she can mend and create clothing that is far more complex than anything anyone has ever designed for her age. She is also, admittedly a budding pervert who fixates on groping and the feminine frame, although she does not limit herself to just women in her fantasies. A curiously odd thing for a girl her age to be growing into, but her adult self nine years later is a notorious pervert and trickster in her family, friends and even her Riot Force 6 that was formed under her command.
She loves to read books as well, having read countless ones over time. She enjoys trips to the library and will often be found in it studying or just reading for fun. This makes her a good student, but not one in magic. While she would undoubtedly excel in potions due to her skills with cooking and precision with Arithmancy, her lack of control would be a crutch in actual spellcasting, most notably transfiguration and charms. It is not to say that she cannot perform them, but the immense power within her makes it difficult for her to concentrate on performing, a sort of magical condition that is managed by a team doing the aiming for her, or her unison device and child Reinforce Zwei.

Hayate's spellcasting power is, as indicated a SS level, which has been augmented by her Linker Core merging with the Tome of Azure Sky, and will be adjusted accordingly during the course of regains. Her spells and abilities are indicated as such, and while she has limitless potential, her powers suffer from bad aim and difficulty to multitask. At the level of it, one of her big spells, Diabolic Emission can easily wipe out a mountain if used.
She also sports a Knight Armor which is the last line of defence for protection, and will regain this piece of equipment back as well. Her spells are all critically destructive on the outset and will be regained one at a time. Equipped with shields and flight spells, Hayate is the last line of offensive power on the battlefield, but the first to leave due to her inability to handle the enormous amount of power that she wields without aid.
The fun thing about Nanoha magic, Mid or Belkan is that it cannot kill without intent. This is best demonstrated by Nanoha amplifying a Divine Buster through several floors to strike Quattro, and all Quattro does is faint. As it stands, she can wreck the landscape and everything will survive if she wills it to. Her spells are listed by effect, range and explosion radius. All of her spells are over A-class rank which tends to be highly destructive at best.
Best/Worst Subject: Worst subject is probably Charms due to the fact that Hayate's immense magical power prevents her from being able to do anything on a small scale. A stunner would probably put someone into a wall -- and then through it. And several other walls.
Either that or transfiguration due to the precision required in the transfiguration process. Precision is Hayate's bane as her magical power prevents her from being able to do anything small.
Requested House: Hufflepuff
Anything Else? Hayate is unable to do anything on a small scale, due to the Tome of Azure Sky having fused with her Linker Core. As such, she is more suited to widespread long range destructive force. Also, she has thousands of spells, but barely a fraction of them have been used, including spells wielded by Nanoha and Fate.

3. "See you later!" Hayate waved at the others, making her way slowly down the staircase. Hogwarts was not wheelchair accessible at any given rate, and it was difficult for her to keep walking. Her legs were still weak at best, but she wanted to exercise as much as possible.
Carefully taking it one step at a time, she held onto the banister as her foot came down on a missing step. With a terrified yelp she slipped, and clutched the banister as her foot went through it.
Gritting her teeth, she pulled herself up with considerable effort as Hayate steadied herself. "Easy does it," she murmured. "Just a little more and I can get to the commons room."
It was where she kept her wheelchair, and she was ready to struggle there if she had to. It was partially her stubbornness that was keeping her going, as well as her need to do things on her own. Her independence and need to keep going kept her carefully climbing down the stairs, avoiding the rest of the trick steps as she went along.
